I recently had the pleasure of staying at the NH Collection Hotel in Brussels, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and professional staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request was simply outstanding. The hotel itself was spotless, with immaculate rooms and beautifully maintained common areas. It’s evident that cleanliness is a top priority here, which made my stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Brussels, making it easy to explore the city’s top attractions, shops, and restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is the perfect base to experience everything Brussels has to offer. The room was spacious, beds comfy and the location perfect. The location is the middle of shops, restaurants, parking and public transportation. The breakfast was nice. I enjoyed the view of the city while having breakfast, perfect!

Fantastic location in the city center, right next to the metro and a short walk to the central station. Great breakfast with lots of varities to choose from. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. Helpful staff, easy check-in & out process.

Belgians are well-known gourmets, so I looked forward to breakfast every morning because the food was more delicious and fresh than at a 5-star hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and it designed well so luxurious, minimalistic providing a high-quality rest. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was replaced with clean and well-ironed ones every day, which was very satisfying. I especially liked the touch-controlled lighting and direction-adjustable stand lamp on the desk. (I'm thinking of buying same one!) And the big stand mirror must be a signature of the hotel. It was stunning!! It rained a lot during my business trip, so I spent a lot of time at the hotel, but Nescafe capsule coffee and high-quality tea were provided, so I used them well.
